Which do Eircom value more long existing customers or new customers?? It seams like Eircom value new customers more. I went to upgrade my package to efibre and I'll pay 15 euro more a month compared to a new customer. Opinions please.

I think every supplier of telecoms, gas, electricity (and next year water!) put a lot of effort into getting new customers and very little effort into looking after existing ones. You just have to avail of the best deal out there when your contract expires.
