    Looking to get a crest tattoo on my back.

    Where is the best in the Wexford/Waterford/Carlow area?

    Something like this? I like it.

    Personnally I like JMD's in waterford. But I'm going to recommend Ian Flynn down there because he's been putting out some great work recently.
