    RFR TPP's last 3 5k splits are 19:48, 19:49, 19:47 that's what you call steady pacing!!

I like the way he has gradually picked up the pace since his first 5k (20:37) and then settled into a steady rhythm.

19:54, 2:48:XX finish if he can keep his average pace up...

Marathon only starts at 20 miles so fingers crossed

Even in the worst case scenario he will beat Gerry Duffy's PB :pac:

The morning has flown by tracking everyone. Dublin doesn't have checkpoints every 5km right?!

    10K, Halfway & either 30K or 20 miles

TPP also accelerating now. Predicted finish time dropping at every 5k split.

Slowest 5k split so far today.
Needs to pick it up for the sub 3.

Andy will do it. 2.42/2.43 would be a very good run. C'mon!

19:52 for TPP there, picking it up again a touch, well under his average 5k split and looking good for 2:48:xx, would be a solid PB for him.

I think his target was 2:49:30 so he is well on!!

2:23:03 for opus through 35k. Slowing a bit, but still below his pre-race target of 2:53 if he can grind it out for the remaining 7.2k

You're right. He changed it, but judging by this he should have left it as it was :)

Squeaky bum time! KC right behind PD.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,610 ✭✭✭yaboya1

    18:19 5k there for Krusty through 40k.
Should be a solid 2:35 finish if he keeps it going.
    Awesome stuff!

18:19 for KC thru 40, he is picking it up again!! Come on KC!!! (only 22 seconds behind Paul D now)
