18:19 for KC thru 40, he is picking it up again!! Come on KC!!! (only 22 seconds behind Paul D now)

Fook Paul is dying a death. KC has passed him at this stage.

This is like a 'How to run a marathon' masterclass from the three lads.
    Steady, steady, pick it up.
    Class!

2:37 for Paul. The fast start killed him

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,915 ✭✭✭✭menoscemo

KC ran that last 2.2k at 3:32/km and took 20 seconds off his finish time, he obviously was gunning for a last minute 2;34:xx. Some man to be able to put that kind of spurt on at the end!!

:) Gas, isn't it? a race over 26 odd miles and exact same time!

Great run and finish from him. Must have been passing lots and lots of runners on the final run in!
