UPC Shannon problems

Seems to be problems in the Shannon area streaming you tube videos especially 720 and 1080p. Constant buffering but seems to only be with you tube 1080p videos but other sites work fine. thought it was just me but my Dad has the exact same problem. Was on an efibre connection in my aunts last night and you tube streams…

Seems to be problems in the Shannon area streaming you tube videos especially 720 and 1080p. Constant buffering but seems to only be with you tube 1080p videos but other sites work fine. thought it was just me but my Dad has the exact same problem. Was on an efibre connection in my aunts last night and you tube streams withourt problem. Anyone else in the Shannon area experiencing this?? Engineer was out and had no idea why it was happening he was the same he could t stream 1080p he said there was some upgrades happening this week in Shannon so hopefully that will solve everything.
