Mortgage broker - Recommendation Killers1

So in May of this year myself and my partner were entering the mortgage process as first time buyers, we had sufficient savings built up consistently over the previous year and had an interest in a few properties in our price range.

Our applications were declined by TSB/BOI for similar reasons (insufficent affordability proven/no money to furnish house) We were gutted at the time as any inital inquiries we had made indicated we would be approved in the €200k loan range and felt a bit lost as to where to go next.

After reading some threads on here I came across a few recommendations for Killian (Killers1) as a broker who had worked well for some others in the same situation so I decided to PM and see what happened. Thankfully it turned out to be the best thing we did, not only did we get terrific advice on our application, Killian handled all correspondence throughout the process, while we were not the easiest sell by any means to a mortgage lender Killian got us over the line with AIB.

Every step of the process was looked after, Killian worked morning noon and night for us, when it came to life cover/home ins we shopped around but Killian always got us a better quote than we could find anywhere ourselves.

I couldn't recommend the guy more, really nice bloke who never lost patience and worked tirelessly for us despite the constant calls/texts/emails and need for reassurance

We are happily settled in our new home and there is no way we could have got there without Killian's help.

Genuinely, if you are having trouble with receiving approval or just unsure of the process, give Killers1 a PM, you won't regret it.

I just want to second the recommendation for Killers1 (Killian). Myself and fiance were in a similar situation last year. Far from straightforward with regards permanency and part time work. Killian is a gent, and a thorough professional , and thanks to him we will be in our house a year in August. Also I am from Cork and never met Killian in person so if you are not from Dublin don't let that put you off.

Great to hear.

Myself ans my other half will be looking to meet with a broker towards the end of this year...

After reading OP reccomendation I will certainly look to use Killers if he was available.
