New House - Letting Agent & Bin Charges

    Hi,

    I have recently moved in to a new house and on three spearate occasions we asked the letting agent where there bin charges which we were told there wasnt - there was communal bins to use.

    Now it seems that is not the case ans we will have to pay for them - are we entitled to move out if we choose to and recevie our depoist? This was an important issue hence why we asked 3 times, there is no mention of bins in the lease whatsoever.
