Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi got a question. a lad i met today said were related. his mother and my father are first cousins. so what does that make us, are we 2nd cousins, third, fourth or none of them?

    If his mother is you fathers first cousin, you and he are second cousins. You share great grand parents.

    Thank goodness for genealogy programs that will do that sort of calculation.
