How to go about finding a HOST FAMILY in the Gaeltacht?

So, I'd really like to maintain a fluency in Irish but I don't want to do a summer gaeltacht course. I've done that the past 5 years in a row so this time, I'd like to just stay with an Irish-speaking family on my own and hopefully, learn some Irish by being immersed in the language! Is there any way you could go about…
