Mortgage interest question

My bank is taking interest on my mortgage every quarter. Sometimes I check banking online and think I owe less then it's loaded back on to the balance Is it possible to get this changed to monthly so I know every month exactly what balance I owe?

It is due to the way the bank's mortgage system works. So I doubt they will change it.
