I saw advertisement that Ulster bank is now allowing to withdraw money without using bank card via phone banking. Is this facility going to be available in AIB too?

Not being smart but have you asked AIB? Unless someone here works for them its unlikely they'll know!

They certainly haven't announced it to customers, but no doubt if they do introduce the facility it will be well publicised - it's not often they have good news to announce these days.

You need to have the UB app installed on your phone. Its more for emergency money rather than a debit card replacement.
