Can anyone recommend a free proxy for hitting my site

I have to hit my site 10 times in one week from outside of work.. Can anyone recommend the best way to do this? Was thinking of putting a refresh on a proxy site, having a zero time cache and leave it loop on the browser but it did not work as expected.. I know 10 is not a lot but have to do it for different people
