Costs to refurbish bungalow

    Costs for below(average)

    Looking at a bungalow at 1400 sq ft

    Tarmac needs a new coat on the small driveway, front and side

    Attic converted, stairs already in though? 2 rooms of 250 sq ft each and one en suite

    Extension built 200 sq ft

    Full wrap of external insulation on the full house to bring up from d1 ber rating?

    Bay window on front sitting room

    I know it depends but I need a starting point
