Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

looking for pasteurized brie

    The thread title says it all...........its for my wife as she's pregnant and i want to do a brie starter for her at christmas but its needs to be pasteurized !

    If she's out of her first trimester then she's fine to eat unpasteurized cheese as listeria poisoning (which is where the fear of unpasteurised cheese comes from) only affects the spinal column growth of the infant which, after the first trimester, is completely finished
