How safe is a Visa Debit card.

    Is the use of a Visa Debit card fully garranteed.If money is taken from my account without my permission will it be fully refunded no matter how much the amount is.

    Debit cards are not covered by as good legislation to protect you as credit cards.

    When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?
