Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone have experience with using a 3G capable iPad with their iPhone sim - using it's data allowance. Is this allowed (I've heard it is)? Is it a pain swapping the sim between them - not seen it changed on an iPad. I've got an O2 monthly data allowance in case it makes a difference.

Yes. Don't do it. I did it when I got a 3G mini and duly got a bill for €190 the next month.

You are better off if you get a iPad sim.

Is that because you went over your data allowance do they charge extra for using it on another device?

It was considered thedering(spelling?). They charged a fortune per mb.

I'm using a Three prepay sim in my iPad, for the all you can eat data. Had no issues at all so far. Don't o2 have different APNs for tethering (broadband) and normal mobile data?
