    Hi
    We were refused a personal home improvement loan with BOI (although our mortgage is with you) and want to know if we have a better chance in being approved for an equity release loan? The amount would not be huge (15-20k).

    My partner contacted the Blanchardstown branch last week to discuss and was told the lady would call him back in an hour, we are still waiting.
