Drogheda Night Life

Hi there, A few of us will be in Drogheda this coming Saturday 23rd Nov. for a birthday celebration. Can anyone suggest a few goods pubs in Drogheda ? During the day i'd like a small cosy, 'spit on the floor' type bar and for Saturday night a decent pub with live music, not really into trad stuff, maybe rock / pop / crowd…

Hi there,
A few of us will be in Drogheda this coming Saturday 23rd Nov. for a birthday celebration. Can anyone suggest a few goods pubs in Drogheda ? During the day i'd like a small cosy, 'spit on the floor' type bar and for Saturday night a decent pub with live music, not really into trad stuff, maybe rock / pop / crowd pleaser stuff.

Oh yea any ones that do decent pub grub too please

Mcphails covers all bases there apart from the food. Small intimate bar at the front and larger area out the back for live music at night.

Yep, definitely McPhails.
It's on Laurence St, but watch out it's got 'Peter Matthews' over the door although it's known to everyone as McPhails.

Yeah good spot for food and have bands on at the weekend open till 2am.
