Hey everybody !! How's it going ? Would anybody be kinda enough to help me !! I am a good bit over weight , and I need to shed a lot of weight , but the thing is I can't do any work with my legs as I injured them , and I'm out of sports till January !! I need to shed this weight as it's affecting me in many ways and it's slowing down the healing process in my knees !! Would anybody be kinda enough to help me make a diet plan and tell me exercises that I could do to lose weight pretty quick without using my legs , I don't have time to get to a gym as I have school , and then I have after school study !! Thanks a million , and any help would be deeply appreciated

Hi Tony, Try some upper body boxing conditioning and core conditioning. This is high intensity training.

Don't worry about the first part of the video where hussy is punching against mits, you don't have to have someone holding mits for you just punch away against thin air.
For the next part do the exercises holding a 500ml bottle of water in each hand, if you find this too easy hold a litre bottle of water in each hand, if this is too easy buy some dumbbells.

In the next video there's some core exercises. Some of these are difficult, I was embarrassed when i couldn't do as many exercises as the girl in the video. Anyway i started doing about 2-3 reps of each exercise and then improved till i got to ten.

I'd recommend doing an upperbody round, then a round of core work, then another upper body round then a round of corework again. You can do this 5 days about 5 times a week.

Diet; and mental attitude. for a few weeks pretend and believe that you're a top class athlete, buy healthy stuff, eat healthy stuff. Drink plenty of water. Best of luck.
