Think there does be problems with Adblock and Opera, have a look at the Adblock options and see if the filter list is still there, sometimes it does be empty and you have to manually choose from a drop-down list to add them again.

EasyList is the most common one used.

No issue for me with Opera. Using Opera 18.0 with Adblock Plus Version 1.6.1.

I am also using "YouTube Center" but I don't think that this makes a difference.
