    Hi,
It'd appreciate any help on this as I can't track down the installer at the moment. Have an alarm that is going off intermittently when not even set. The panel says fuse 4, low battery. I'm not at the location. It's there anyway to deactivate it from going off? The alarm isn't being used. It week probably be tomorrow before I can change the battery.
    Thanks,
    Poco

If it's not been set open the panel and disconnect the back up battery.
That should do it for now.

Also I would disconnect the mains going to the system too till you can get the installer to look at the system. It sounds like it might be an issue with a tamper on the system.

It was the battery. I changed it today. Thanks again.

That's what I would have thought. Glad you got it sorted.
