Guinness app issue

Trying to get free pint on Guinness app but when I go to check in it states Sorry,you cannot in without GPS enabled, My sony j has GPS enabled switched on so can't figure out why this happens, also local pub can be found when I check participating venues,

Try going outside the pub for a few minutes, I find my phone won't get a lock on the GPS signal inside
