    Hi all,
    I have a question regarding the interest rate on my mortgage. We are on the tracker rate and we are considering renting our property to our local county council. I have heard that there are different interest rates applied to your mortgage if a property is rented out. Is this true can the bank take us off the tracker rate. Thanks

    Read your contract. Some specify, some don't.
