    Hi All, I'm currently in the planning process for a new home. I'm going with the timber frame option and would like info if available on the cost of each stage of the build.

    My house size is 1900 sq. ft. I have a few quotes for the timber frame kit but would like an idea of the following costs:

    1. Cost of Exterior block surround.
    2. Cost of Electrical & Plumbing.
    3. Cost of Exterior Windows & Doors.
    4. Cost of tiling the roof.

    I may have other queries to add later but just these for now if anyone could assist. I'd be very grateful.
