    Hi, i  tried topping up this morning, only to get a NO COMMS error after entering the code.

    I've tried a good few times and i keep getting the same error. The electricity is now gone and i don't know what to do?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi SoTek72,

    This message means that there is no communication between your freedom unit and the outside meter. You should try moving the freedom unit to an area/room closer to where the outside meter is located. If this isn't possible, then you can also enter the top up code manually into the outside meter.
