Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Friday by the looks of it, hope you all got the browny points built up this windless weekend

"At this stage, there are signs that a more mobile, breezy regime will break through from the Atlantic, by Friday morning. There is some uncertainty about this development, but if it happens. the weather for Friday and next weekend will be more changeable, with periods of rain or showers from time to time.

Sutton it is(my first weekday of work in ages), had my driver door lock done and a window broke during the summer at the green gate, they got nothing though. A right pain alright considering its the only option on NWs,
I park with the driver door close/almost touching the wall and get out the passenger door.

Maybe I'm just desperate for some water time, been a few weeks for me,

Well actually Booterstown works in that direction also.

I was under the impression that Booterstown was extremely limited (cross at best) with nw and a slight shift west puts it offshore?

Whats the access like? how are the launching and landing zones?

look at the angle of the coast. it's cross-shore. also it's very shallow so pretty safe. park at dart station (make sure to pay the 3 euro or you'll be clamped). Go over tracks via bridge to beach. Works best at mid-tide but you can launch at high tide also (go to left when over tracks about 150m) for patch that's always uncovered by water. at very low tide it's a long walk out.

    Nice one,
I will have to give it a go one of these fine winter Nw days, is it popular with other South side kiters? No one I know (all northsiders, so sutton suits)has been YET :-)

Still looking good 20-30knts friday, does NWerlys come down clean over there? Sutton is gusty as ...

a bit gusty too but not terrible - it's still going to be coming off the land but given the shape of the bay the wind gets some time to even out... I know people that say that it's better than sutton in that direction. and no break-in issues is a bonus...
