    Osborne not playing Chizzy though?

What a great start to the evening that set was

Incredible finish from Hendo, bull bull d16!

Great match this, Chizzy can't hit a double and in real trouble 2 sets down

Great match, Chizzy playing well but losing games at the minute.

    Doubles are affecting his confidence.

    Delighted for Henderson.

Met him in Killarney and he is a very nice fellow.

Just sick I didn't stick money on him, was always a tough draw for Chisnall.

Dolan really got unlucky when Osborne was drafted in as a replacement for the Phillipene player, hope he can win this one

good stuff from Dolan there, nice to get a good test out of the way

Chizzy vs Henderson was a fantastic match. I could have watched that all night. All the other games felt a bit anti-climatic after that.
Some great darts, poor darts and real tension and pressure. Surely one of the best we'll see the whole tournament. The 132 Bull Bull D16 finish from Henderson nearly made me fall out of my seat.

Has anybody here got the link working on ladbrokes.com? No luck for me after depositing

No I couldn't get it working.

Great darts so far here from Ricky Evans. He really throws those darts fast!

Aye, Ronnie in real trouble here. Threw away the 3rd leg of the second set and in real bother now

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,045 ✭✭✭✭gramar

God forbid Evans ever plays Justin Pipe.

It worked the last 2 or 3 years, don;t know why it won't work for me now. My account is registered with an Irish address but I've tried using IP diversion software to change my IP to other locations but still no luck. I wonder what countries it is available in.

    Destruction there from Evans

Easy win for Evans. He was throwing that fast the cameraman couldn't keep up.

1st set summed up kims year, plenty of promise but falling short at the end. He does not have the consistency in his game right now

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 14,748 ✭✭✭✭Lovely Bloke

He's only in this set because of Ronny's shít finishing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,595 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

Experience wins the day there. Nice one Kim

That's what you call winning ugly. The wheels came of for Ronnie and Kim did just enough but will have to improve a lot if he wants to progress.

    Some moves.

Peterson is always good for a laugh. He let that set slip though with missed doubles

  • Moderators, Society & Culture Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 12,294 Mod ✭✭✭✭Kingp35

He's making really hard of this with all the missed doubles but Peterson levels it at 1-1. If he sorts out his doubles he'll win this

That was a very messy end to that set. Doubles letting him down alright, was lucky to get away with it.

Fair play to him. Great considering the injury troubles he has had.

Beaton wouldn't finish his dinner... Great to see these new guys take their chances..loved the Pearson dance.. As for young .. Septic finisher..brothers game started brill from Ronny .. But nose dived beyond belief.. Very poor after that... Onwards tank god.

Pretty poor night of darts. Hopefully tomorrow is a bit better.

I wonder was it agreed beforehand that Kim would win, with the potential of a Premier League place and the money that brings. Maybe the first 2 sets were played for money between the 2 of them.

King won 3-0 and it was as easy as it sounds. Young only got his first shot at a double in the third set.

The last leg was a laugh. Young was on D8 after 9 darts and then after missing D4 and D2 he threw about 9 darts at double 1. King was way back and hitting 40's and 50's but still managed to get down to D20 which he finished before 'Big Daddy' could.

It's a long way to come from the US to get your arse whipped in the first round.
