Hi cianc262,

You can cancel your Visa Debit card by calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365/ 00353 14044000 and selecting the * key. A representative will be happy to assist you.

You can also contact our 24 hour 'Lost and Stolen cards' service on 1890 706 706/00353 567757007 outside of Bank of Ireland 365 hours.
