What is the total cost of a Eurozone payment on 365online?

    Hi there BoI folks,
    Could you please advise the total cost of making an international Eurozone payment to (eg) Germany using 365online? From reading the site it seems it is completely free. Can you confirm that there are no charges including transaction charges for this service or is it considered a an automated transaction like any other and subject to a transaction charge?

    Hi Philip,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    A transfer to Germany, made via 365 Online, is considered an automated transaction so would be subject to the 20c Personal Current Account transaction charge.
