Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

..... and if nothing goes wrong.

But if it does, their customer service is legendary for all the wrong reasons.

Pixmania started off as a French mail order company selling digital cameras (hence the name), they were subsequently bought out by DSG (Dixons/PC World/Currys) and the customer service operation was moved to Romania after which it deteriorated to the point where anyone who has read about them on boards wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
