Are evening shifts solely for people in the factories, or would HR,engineers etc also work these shifts?

Engineers worked the night shift when I was in Boston, I'm assuming it's the same in Medtronic.

Generally it's just the shop floor workers and any support staff they need directly such as line engineers etc...

Its worth knowing that alot of the support staff and engineers are hired directly through the Medtronic website: https://www.medtronic.com/psc/peoplesoft8global/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM.HRS_CE.GBL
