Off top of my head, The Posthouse, Bakers Bar and the Railway Inn in Clonmel would have regular sessions on a weekly basis. If your on Facebook just check out their pages for what night.
I seem to recall that Ryans in Clerihan used to have trad nights too but haven't been that way in a long time.
Plenty of pubs in the area will have some sort of trad night each month.
