Getting A New ATM Card

    Hey,

    Just wondering is there any facility on Banking 365 to request a new card? Currently have a regular ATM card and would like it replaced with a Visa Debit one...

    Thank you for contacting us through Boards.

    You can order a new Visa Debit card by contacting Bank of Ireland 365 or your account holding branch.  A representative will be happy to assist you.

    You can find the contact details for Bank of Ireland 365 here and your branch here. 

    There is only an option to request a replacement of your existing card online.
