Internet coming and going

    Hi for the past week our internet has been really hit and miss (more miss than anything). All of the lights on the modem flash on and off, then they all go off and then when they come back the red light comes on. The internet might work for a little while in between. Its effecting laptops and phones. I have turned it off and on, plugged it out and back in and reset it but no change. The phone line is working fine. The modem would be a good few years old, could it be on its way out??

    Its very annoying!!

    Let us know if that shows any improvement?

    Also technical support are offering a updated Zyxel D100 modem (free for eircom customers under broadband contract) If you want to give them a call on 1890 260 260 to check the modem directly.
