I reckon you'll have to travel to neighbouring Lisdoonvarna.

The hairdressers in Lisdoonvarna has been closed for a number of years. There are 4 in Ennistymon and 1 in Lahinch. If you staying in the hotel they may have somebody who will come and do it on site.
