    Hi,

Following is how the company setup
Company A sub-contracts work to Company B which in turn sub-contracts work to Company C.
There exists a agreement between Company B and Company C, with non-Solicitation for 1 year to stop C from working for A. I have signed the agreement as Director of the company.

    Question:
    * Can I resign from Company C and take up work at Company A?
    * Do you see non-Solicitation of Compay C as a hurdle, as I had signed it as a director.

Please let me know your views.

    Regards,
    Ganvir
