Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Leverkusen do know its a CL game right?

Its like their sedated or something :)

Their logo is a large pill and they're sponsored by a drug company...

    Scrap the cap!

Goals were in the 22nd, 30th, 66th, 77th and 88th minute, the obsessive compulsive in me is going a bit crazy!

    Meh RTE

if Bayern Leverkusen are good United will lose
if Bayern Leverkusen are bad United will win

That's more or less what they were saying

So Leverkusen are 2nd in league = they're good = they'll beat United.

German commentator just christened them Bayer null-funf (0-5) Leverkusen. :pac:

(Their real name is Bayer 04 (null-vier) Leverkusen)

You just know he was dying for a 5th at 4-0.

    Bayer were terrible.

Good win by united. Makes you wonder how good the German league is.

That was very enjoyable. You can go on all you want about how bad Leverkusen were but that was a really good performance from United. Some of the football was as good as I've seen from a United side in a long time.
Looked like scoring with every attack, even down the right

Sami would want to get his players to defend a little.

one of worst German performances I have seen in Europe.

In saying that all credit too United.

Can't judge an entire league on one team and one result!

I genuinely think United are going to put on a show tonight. Can just feel it in my waters.

    Take a bow son.

And off goes Dunphy on his anti-Bundesliga rant......

Now Giles is saying Leverkusen's poor showing is a great concern for German football :D

    This is great entertainment!!

Liamo - Cardiff are better than Utd, so they should be winning the Bundesliga, or something.

Happy for Moyes to get a good result. The criticism he's been getting at times has been disgraceful. Thought Rooney was MOTM again, at the heart of everything United did well and full of running all night. Giggs also had a fantastic game. He's another player who has been getting unfair stick.

This is bs. He's getting criticism, rightly, cause results and performances have been poor

Came out with a line of crap about AF having a veto over Moyes's signings, and then the other two ran with it.

Can we get the Off The BallSecond Captains lot in instead, please?

    Scrap the cap!

God forbid a widely-watched sporting occasion should show some solidarity with people going through a rough time.

I'll just google this now. Heard nothing about it.

A typhoon. But why was it mentioned before the Man City highlights?
