Convert .f4f fragments to flv/mp4 file?

    I have a set of .f4f fragments which I'd like to convert to an mp4 file or an flv file. Anybody know how I might do this?

    F4F file is not so easy to handle. I know a quite nice solution to convert F4F issue.

    Your F4F converter has some shortcomings, for example, it cannot download online videos from YouTube and other sites. I come across such an F4F converter that can covert all videos WTV, MKV, Apple ProRes, Xvid, DivX, H.264, 3GP, RM, MOV, WebM, VP8, 720p, 1080p, 1080i HD, AVCHD videos and more, furthermore, it can download videos form more than 100 video sharing sites.

    You may use Allavsoft to convert F4F to FLV, MP4, WMV, MOV, MKV, MPG and etc
