new lights near viaduct inn

Did anyone notice the new lights under the bridge just before u pass Viaduct in on your way to Bandon? got a bit confused when i saw them the first time, is it to keep the ice of the road under the bridge? or why is that? think its 4 pieces...

I assume there just to light up the viaduct itself.

I'd say floodlights that have just been displaced by messers or the wind.
