Opening Ports on a UPC Router

    Hey folks, I have a sure signal from VF as I have bad coverage, it has stopped working over the last while and they have now said that i need to open ports on it, do i need UPC to do this or can i log into the router and do it?

    You can do this yourself on any of the UPC routers
