Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone recommend a decent bike mechanic in Wexford who would be able to check out a used bike for me at the sellers house? I went to see the bike (VT1100) and as nice as it is being 25 years old, it had an oil leak (guide plug leak?) and a bit more worryingly had a few drops of water/coolant coming from the cylinder…

I went to see the bike (VT1100) and as nice as it is being 25 years old, it had an oil leak (guide plug leak?) and a bit more worryingly had a few drops of water/coolant coming from the cylinder ('O' rings on the crossover tube?), which is the gasket or something a lot more serious, apart from that it looked and sounded pretty damn good for its age but I ain't no mechanic.
