Hi I'm looking for a rough idea of what it'd cost to get someone to pour a concrete slab to the side and back of my garage. It's roughly 90sq meters.
The concrete should be strong enough for cars to park on.

Multiply 90 by whatever depth you intend to lay it. eg if you want 150mm of conc it would be 90 x.150=13.5m of concrete x approx €70 per metre for 30 newton = €945 for the conc alone. reinforced steel mesh is expensive as is 804 for whacking, add labour on top unless you can do it yourself. I'd say you'd be looking at €3000 all in. :(

Firstly anyone pricing this would need a bit more detail, is it to a kerbed area or between existing slabs, or do you plan to pour it against formwork.

    Rough Estimate
    150mm Depth x 90 sq.m= 13.5m3 x €70 a metre= €945
    Concrete: €945

    A142 mesh(4.8m x 2.4m)= 8 sheets for 90sq.m @ €27.88 each= €223.04
    Mesh: €223.04

    Labour: 150mm Concrete Normal Finish(€8.50sq.m) 8.50 x 90= €765
    Labour: €765

    Clause 804(minimum 50mm) 90 x .050= 4.5metres @ €16.50= €74.25
    Stone: €74.25

So a rough estimate would be €2007.29, I am a QS, so if you want to give me more detail, I can look at it more detail and give you a more accurate price.

Plus VAT on the above (13.5% if you get a builder to supply and fit, or 23% on supplies of you buy them yourself and 13.5% on labour if hiring)

Nothing to do with the forum charter,of course I will be doing it for free, its pricing for 90sqm of concrete slab, this country hasn't got that bad that I'd charge for that.
