Valencia is just awful! Can't get far enough past a defender to cross, blocked nearly every time. When he turns back on his left he's lost and stands there or gets tackled etc. Awful. He's after wasting great chances over the last two years. Huge waste!

We can win this still. Spurs are there for the taking. The confidence is low when we scored. Moyes needs to make positive changes. Get cleverly and welbeck off, are youth system players haven't shown enough and don't deserve to play.

He's been blocked more often than anything. And he has no left. At his best he used to get that inch past a defender and swing it across or get past and charge into the box. That's more effective than what he does these days.

I've said in the past that Jones won't be a midfielder but the last few weeks are making me change my mind. His passing is improving and he has this ability to win a ball and turn defence into attack in the space of seconds. I'd keep playing him there for now to see how much he improves.

If a team who were struggling played like they did on Wednesday I just can't see Fergie changing it. The team is so lopsided as I think the tactics are similar but the option on the left be it Kags/Welbeck or Rooney are playing inside.
