Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So true, you can see he isn't really isn't looking to link up much as he probably doesn't trust anyone bar Gerrard

To think that many people on this forum want Gerrard dropped.

Heaven forbid he's rested on occasion if there is a full strength squad to choose from, which there isn't.

Liverpool have lost 100% of their aerial duels so far. (0/6).

I think Skrtel won one just now. Yeh.

We are making them look good. Our most frequent pass combo? Toure and Skrtel all in our own half:(

To be fair, Gerrard and his free kick aside, there is nothing by way of genuine attacking threat/invention coming from our midfield or the widemen, so Suarez is feeding on scraps.

Dear Luis, due to your friend Daniel's extended absence, today would not be a good day to go ape****.

Can't blame him. Moses offers nothing and Sterling hasn't had game time.

We are a set piece scoring machine this season that's something like our 6th set piece goal in the last 3 games.

He's a player with special abilities and should be accommodated. He made the goals at Goodison last week too.
Criticism of him is unwarranted and ott in my opinion.

He can't be accommodated in that position. He might pop up with assists and goals every now and again (his last six have been set pieces) but more often then not he will have to be carried...we will be over run and Lucas will get the flak.

He should be moved further forward if he is going to be a guaranteed starter....or ideally the FA adopt NFL rules and we bring him on for set pieces pieces.

I agree.. think thats mainly down to having moses and sterling not doing to well

Moses and sterling making absolutely no use of their rare chance to start, more so moses. Changes at h/t please.

Sterling should have controlled that better

Suarez is fairly pissed at the two lads alongside him. Rightly so.

Sterling & Moses off. Allen and Coutinho on.

Henderson on the right, Coutinho left.

Think having those 2 as the attacking backup will ultimately be what stops Liverpool from getting top 4. You'd fancy Liverpool to score goals against anyone with Sturridge, Suarez and Coutinho but Sterling and Moses are no kind of replacement whenever any of them can't feature.

An extremely sobering half of football there from liverpool

    Sterling has been terrible

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,399 ✭✭✭ush

Only Aspas can sort this out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Fair to say that Sturridge and Coutinho are big losses. Suarez is in one of his "I have to do it all myself now" moods.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,775 ✭✭✭✭Slattsy
