Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That was pretty bad, we created nothing. Don't feel like we'll be taking 3 points today.

    Alberto at ht please.

Alberto, Couthino or even put Aspas up front with Suarez, but Moses, Sterling and even Henderson look hopeless around the box. Can't see a goal from any of the trio.

    Play last man back.

The sickening thing is if this was against anyone of the top 5 we would be well up for it.

that type of complacency will win is nothing.

So just how injured is Coutinho....?

Our midfield of Gerrard,Henderson and Lucas are not quick footed enough to open up space to release the front three.

Also our front three are all playing ****e bar Sterlings odd glimpse here and there.

Johnson and Flanagan offering nothing either going forward.

When did Johnson lose his confidence everything seems to be going backwards from him.

He has a player right in his face every time he gets the ball and has no options either square or forward. Hull are closing down our right side superbly.

One person in the box. One.

    FFS.

That stuck out like a sore thumb, particularly given shagger, while a great shot stopper, is prone to error when under pressure.

As for Sterling, he's been poor, but its games like these he needs to develop, games where he'll be muscled off the ball by seasoned pro's, and where his pace alone isn't enough to glide by defenders. Hopefully he'll continue to develop

Glen Jo's been off the ball too, his passing has been quiet poor

    Awful performance so far.

Flanagan/Moses and Johnson/sterling out wide have offered nothing at all.

Far, far too ponderous on the ball in general - no urgency, no impetus, we're making it ridiculously easy for Hull's defense.

Suarez has been uncharacteristically poor too.

On the positive side Skrtel has been very good, and Toure solid too. The goal we conceded was unlucky and in general I think we have them well contained.

If Coutinho is in any way fit we need him on soon.

    45mins to put this right.

I really don't think this is the problem.

The team out there isn't very good.

We have a V8 in Suarez but wheels made of coat hangers in Sterling and Moses.

In fairness to Suarez he is getting no help or service from any of the other attacking players.

Time to bring on Aspas at least he will be some support for Suarez.

Agree with this, but I'd rather see Sterling on the left for a bit first. Looks better cutting in from that side.

Suarez is fairly pissed at the two lads alongside him. Rightly so.

Sterling & Moses off. Allen and Coutinho on.

Henderson on the right, Coutinho left.

    Totally Agree Knex !

Hard to be motivated when your as skillfull as Luis , always trying so hard and those around you are of lesser quality and don't put in a shift !

God, the number of times Lucas finds he has no one to pass to is crazy.

I'd have Glen Johnson off just as quick as Moses.

I feel sorry for any player who looks up and sees their only option for a pass is Moses.

This is depressingly poor by Liverpool, a lot of complacency. Hull are pressing everyone well to be fair though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,887 ✭✭✭✭klose

Ffs change it up before we concede again

Every set piece nearly, Skrtel is all over the player he is marking/marking him, asking for trouble.

His performance against United will buy him time for many however.

Seriously, how has complacency been shown? Come back from one down and now pushing to win it.
Hull also doing their best to disrupt them.

    Patience required

Hull are horrible to play, i can why they've conceded so few at home.

65% possession for Liverpool in the 2nd half but fair to say they don't look like scoring at the moment.

Players aren't showing for each other, poor passing, poor decision making.

Agreed that Hull are playing very well. Maybe I'm just frustrated :(
