Ok so I have a Dell Inspiron mini 1012. Its currently running Win7 Starter. But I find it to be a bit slow,even to the point were it wont play youtube videos smoothly. I'm thinking of switching to something a little lighter? I've always run Windows on all my PCs, but looking at getting some version of Linux onto this.…

I've always run Windows on all my PCs, but looking at getting some version of Linux onto this. Basically will be using it for surfing web, watching movies and listening to music. Just want something that is easy to install and then pretty straight forward to use. Linux Mint maybe?
