    Hi,
    Have direct debits been changed? I see some of mine have changed to "Sepa DD" from "Company Name". In addition, I see a transaction coming up for 27 euro for Sepa DD and I don't have anything for that amout setup.
    Are you aware of any changes?

    Hi nicnac,

    Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delay with responding to you.

    We have more information on SEPA direct debits and payments here. When logging onto 365Online you should have received an interrupt message with a SEPA update. 

    The description displayed for the SEPA direct debit, on your transaction listing, would generally update the following working day to show the company's name. If this doesn't happen, please contact your branch and a representative will be more than happy to look into this further.

    Thanks Tara, yes, it updated this morning to the Company name. I'l have a read of the link you supplied.
