Camera on Road Sign near Radisson

    Has anyone else noticed cameras on road signs around the city lately?
    They look like White CCTV cameras & are attached to the top of Speed Limit & Yield Signs with a large chains leading down to (electricla) box at the foot of the pole.
    I've seen 2 on either side of the Radisson (Cratloemoyle??) roundabout. Some days they are there and others they are gone.
    Anyone know what these are for??

    As explained in another thread, they are NRA traffic monitoring cameras.
