Laser payment problem

    Tried to pay my eircom bill online by laser.
    It said I need 19 numbers for my card number, I have only 18 on mine ( no problem using in in stores).
    Is this a problem with your site or my card ?

    I have had contact with the support team for myeircom facility and there is a known issue with laser cards been processed. It is been investigated at present and we hope to have it up and running in the next couple of days.
