    Shannon Leisure Centre for starters.

    Edit - ring them for times they definitely do it.

    Fitness solutions in the West county do spinning classes 5 nights a week, 5.30 pm & 6.30pm.

    There's classes held out in Rosleven can't remember times etc but very good - great results!

    But do they do spinning only? It looks like a combo of spinning & circuits.

    No sorry they are spinning and circuits. I don't know of anywhere that is just spinning.
